Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Their goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked into the space and to bring back the art of customer experience. The humble garage was filled with high-quality gear that they would buy, use, and love themselves.

REP Gives Back: Police, Fire & Military

In 2023, REP pledged $100,000 to three charities that help military and first responder families. By honoring those who serve our nation and community, we ensure that the money goes to those with the greatest need. The charities we donated to are The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
