Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a modest 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Their goal was to create a space where customers' eyes would light up, bringing back the art of customer experience and offering high-quality gear that they themselves would use and love.
